Registration for the 2023 edition of the competition is now open. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Categories<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n For this year\u2019s competition, we have simplified the categories into Student<\/strong> (undergraduates) and PhD<\/strong> (PhD candidates).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Prizes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Cash prizes of \u20ac2000<\/strong> will be awarded for winning entries in each category. An additional ML prize<\/strong> (from either category) will be awarded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Now that Xilinx is part of AMD, special consideration will be given to projects that use any combination of heterogeneous AMD hardware; AMD CPUs<\/strong>, GPUs<\/strong> and Adaptive Computing FPGAs<\/strong>, SOCs<\/strong>, or ACAPs<\/strong>. Additional prizes may be awarded at the discretion of the organisers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Awards and Travel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We also plan to return to an in-person awards<\/strong> ceremony at our Dublin office. Each member from the winning teams will receive sponsored travel to the awards ceremony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Registrations must be received by 28 February 2023<\/strong>, and teams have until 30 June 2023 to submit their project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Registration information, and full details can be found on the competition website along with a video gallery of previous entries and winning projects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
